To manage your plan/subscription with Streamer, you can follow these instructions below:
Please note, that changes to the subscription are made via the website accessible via desktop only
Step 1: Access the Streamer site via a desktop, login into your account
To upgrade/downgrade:
Go to your Account Profile on the top right hand of your screen and select "Settings", after which you will see your Plan and Payment method, billing cycle details
Click on Manage Subscription link and select the plans that you'd like to switch to and click Confirm
Once this is done, your plan will automatically be updated within the next 12 hours and your card will automatically be charged with the new pricing in the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription with us:
Go to your Account Profile on the top right hand of your screen and select "Settings", after which you will see your Plan and Payment method, billing cycle details
Click on Cancel Subscription link and click Confirm
Once this is done, we will be sending a one time OTP verification to your registered email or phone number as a final verification. After verification, your subscription will automatically be cancelled on the last day before the next billing cycle
